Please recommend a tone-up sunscreen.

Whenever I try to apply tone-up sunscreen, no matter what is supposed to be good, it always cakes on my skin. It’s so stressful for me. I keep searching online for recommendations and trying out different ones, but there just isn't anything that suits my skin. So, for those of you who also find that anything cakes on your skin like me, what kind of tone-up sunscreen are you using? Please, please help me out. The rest of my face is fine, but my nose and chin areas are flaking off so much that I can't even apply it all. Please, please help me.
