Summer Cool + Inner Eyelid Makeup Tutorial

I would be grateful if you could share some makeup tips for cool-toned skin with inner eyelids. I'm worried because my eyes tend to look a bit puffy when I do my makeup. Since my palette only has colors with a white tint, they look incredibly swollen when I apply them. It's especially frustrating because I have inner eyelids with a lot of flesh on them. What should I do in this situation?
