This is the Rarekind Over Smudge Lip Tint in Crimson Rules.
It is a rosy shade that makes the lips look vibrant, and I wear it often because I like the way it spreads. It doesn't leave any residue on the lips after application and has a velvety texture, so I use it frequently because the feel is great. It creates various looks depending on how much you apply and smudge it, so it suits any occasion. I used up an entire tube and stocked up to repurchase, and I am still using it.
