Ciero Jealousy Archive Plumper Marsala

The lip product I'm introducing is the Ciero Plumper in Marsala! My lips are thin, so I use plumpers often. I use Ciero products frequently because they are easy to find (at Olive Young) and aren't bad. Other shades don't suit me well, but I like the Marsala color because it isn't too bright and is moisturizing! Since it is a plumper, there is a slight tingling sensation, haha. If you don't like that, please avoid it! Personally, I like it when I apply a slight over-lip and then gently blend the edges with my finger. Give it a try!
