Romand Better Than Eyes 02 Dried Rose

The eye makeup item I use is Romand's Better Than Eyes in the shade of Dried Rose. Since I don't tend to wear much color makeup, I find this 4-shade palette convenient to use. It is a calm dried rose color, and while all four shades are useful, applying just the first shade adds depth to the eyes. The shimmer is fine, and there is minimal fallout. I recommend it as an item for a subtle makeup look.
