I recommend the Lilybyred Survival Pen Liner in Black.

As a Summer Mute, if I had to choose between brown and black, I would almost always use black.

It doesn't smudge, and it's not overwhelming when applied thinly, so I'm using it well.

The pen is thin, so it draws well and allows for delicate drawings.

My eyes smudge easily, but this eyeliner works well.
