This is the Romand Better Than Eyes M02 Dried Buckwheat Flower. I bought it quite a while ago, and it is a product I am very satisfied with that I use every day. It consists of four shades, with three matte shades and one pearl shade. The pearl shade is really pretty; it shines subtly without being too flashy, so it is not overwhelming. You can use the dark gray shade to draw eyeliner. You can complete your entire eye makeup look with just this one palette. Its small size makes it easy to carry in a pouch, so it is great for taking with you when traveling.
