It's the Make Up For Ever Aqua Eyes Eye Pencil.

I bought this a long time ago. It’s not really suitable for winter or autumn, so I only use it in the summer, which is probably why it lasts so long. It looks pretty when you lightly apply it to your eyeliner or under-eye area during the summer. It gives off a kind of sparkly vibe. It’s also nice to use occasionally to add a pop of color.
