It is a lip balm, but the color comes out so well that it can also be used as a lipstick! It is Chanel Rouge Coco Balm 918 My Rose, and I purchased it at a department store. It applies smoothly and the color comes out well, so I don't really need to wear lipstick. It has also definitely reduced the chappedness of my lips! I recommend it ^^ It really lives up to the Chanel name!
