This is the Tony Moly Get It Tint Waterful Butter in shade 02 Nutty Cream. It applies moisturizingly at first, but once it sets, it becomes soft and powdery like a matte tint. I like that it fills in the lip creases well, so they don't stand out, just like when you apply a primer.
