Do I need a personal color analysis?

I don't know why my face looks so dull lately.

Colors that used to suit me well now feel like they just make my face look more tired.

So I’m looking into personal color analysis belatedly… but the more I do it, the more confused I get.

They divide it into warm tones, cool tones, and spring, summer, autumn, and winter, but for me, the results change every day.

It looks warm in natural light, cool under store lighting, and photo apps show everything differently.

The problem is that as I get older, my skin tone isn't even overall. I get blemishes and redness, and when I apply foundation, I look like a completely different person... So I don't know exactly what color is 'my true color.'

So, it is difficult to check your personal color on your own.

As I started to feel that the blouses in my closet in colors I used to enjoy wearing were starting to look out of place one by one,

Choosing clothes is stressful too. If it's too dark, I look old, and if it's too bright, it feels overwhelming.

Choosing calm colors makes my face feel lifeless…

I was thinking about getting a formal diagnosis, but after reading reviews, I saw many people say the results turn out differently due to lighting or makeup, so I'm hesitant about that as well.

I was told that I should just wear a plain color, but,

Lately, I feel even more strongly that I need a color that suits me.

Is anyone else having similar concerns?
Are there any basic colors that are particularly well-suited for middle-aged women?
Do I really need to get a personal color analysis, or would it be better to just stick to the colors I'm most comfortable with?

I would appreciate some advice from those with experience.
