Romand Dual Water Tint No. 17

I bought this because Romand collaborated with the cute Sanrio. I purchased it at Olive Young, and the product name is Dual Water Tint, shade #17. As a spring warm type, I enjoy wearing coral shades, and I am very satisfied with it because the color payoff and staying power are great. The packaging is so cute that I want to buy other colors too.
