This is Hera's <Sensual Powder Matte Liquid 499 ROSY SUEDE>, which I have been using every day lately.

As you can tell from the name, the finish is semi-matte. I'm someone who usually gets dry, flaky lips whenever I wear matte lipstick, so even though I love them... I used to be one of those people who couldn't apply them well. I like this one because it hardly causes any flaking.
