Wakemake eyeliner

Does everyone use eyeliner? I bought this because it was on sale... but since I'm still a beginner, it's difficult even when I follow along on YouTube. I like that it's a safe black color and affordable. I envy those who are good at drawing eyeliner. It draws smoothly, but it's still hard for me.
