This is Vanilla Sugar from Missha eyeshadows.

I heard it has been discontinued now.

I couldn't buy the lace shirring, so I bought this as a substitute, and it's good.

The color payoff isn't too intense, and it has a subtle shimmer, so it's pretty.

It is an eyeshadow, but it can be used for aegyo sal (under-eye bags) or as a highlighter.
