I recommend Daiso cotton pads.

These are Daiso cotton pads that I have been using for several years based on a friend's recommendation.

I've tried other products where the cotton pads would fall off and get on my face, but I like this one because the pads don't fall off, perhaps because it has an embossed texture. The pads aren't very thick, so I think I use about 4 to 5 when using cleansing water. Since the price isn't high, using that many doesn't feel like a burden.
