Which cotton swabs do you usually use?

I tend to use cotton swabs quite often. I use them for cleaning my ears, but I also use them to touch up eyeliner when I draw it incorrectly or it smudges. I even apply spot gel or ointment to my face when I get breakouts... However, I've heard that since most cotton swabs are made in China, the manufacturing process isn't actually very clean. Since it's an item that comes into direct contact with my ears, eyes, and face—of all places—I feel a bit uneasy about it. By any chance, where do you buy your cotton swabs?
