It is a cotton pad.

This is a No Brand cotton pad. There are regular cotton pads available, but this one is free of fluorescent agents and is unbleached. If you look closely, you can see tiny seeds embedded in it; you know that happens because the product hasn't undergone any special processing, right? It is soft and absorbs very well, which is great. The price is a bit higher than regular cotton pads, but it isn't burdensome. I use it every day, and I find it really good.
