I have settled on Silcot cotton pads.

I have tried many different cotton pads throughout my life, but I don't think I have ever seen one as good as Silcot. I bought some during a trip to Japan a while ago, tried them once, and found them so good that I have been using only these ever since. With these pads, you can generously soak your entire face with toner even with just a small amount. Since they are now easily available in Korea at places like Olive Young, I have continued to use them. I have tried similar pads that have come out, but as expected, nothing beats the original. If possible, I recommend sticking with the original.
