I tend to have a lot of skin problems on my face.
When I use toner, I do a wiping toner by applying it with a cotton pad.
So, since I use a lot of cotton pads, I was looking for something cost-effective, soft, and non-irritating.
I have settled on Mediflower Embossed Soft Cotton Pads.
It has good adhesion when wiping, is soft, and has a large capacity, which is great.
