The softest cotton pads

This is a cotton pad I fell in love with after trying it when my skin was damaged. It's called Silcot Fukitori and it's quite famous. I used to wonder why anyone would spend money on cotton pads since they're so expensive, but I was surprised after trying it because they claim to be non-irritating even to sensitive skin. It is really soft and causes absolutely no irritation. The downsides are that the quantity is small and it's expensive. So, I usually use regular cotton pads, but I switch to these when my skin breaks out or I feel redness. It's a shame that it's a Japanese product. Are there any similar cotton pads available in Korea?
