I got back acne because of the heat.

I was fine until last year, but this summer, I started getting back acne even before the rainy season. It's a shock.

I can't tell if it's back acne or a pimple, but what should I do? I'm not touching it.

I don't think body lotion will work. Should I go to the hospital?
