Please recommend a good product for back acne marks!

I didn't originally have back acne.

Ever since this summer started, whenever I'm bored, I put my hand in my back and scratch it hard, so...

It felt bumpy to the touch, so I kept scratching and squeezing it hard.

I have unsightly acne marks on my back.

It will probably go away over time, but since it's summer, is there a way to get rid of it quickly?
