How do you manage keratosis pilaris?

My upper body is fine, but the keratosis pilaris on my legs is really bothering me, maybe because it's summer.

Do you happen to know of any good products or routines for managing keratosis pilaris? I think the Hanmi Urea Cream is quite famous; if anyone has used it, please let me know your review..!
