How to manage stretch marks ㅠㅠ

How do you manage your stretch marks?

Even though I've lost weight, the white stretch marks on the outer sides of my thighs aren't going away. I heard that white marks don't disappear unless treated with a laser, and even though I keep applying cream, they seem to be the same.
