How should I manage ingrown hairs?

Ingrown hairs that aren't shaved or plucked

My hair is growing back in like crazy... To remove it all

I think it will take too long. If I exfoliate, ingrown hairs

Will it be good for my hair? I'm not sure how to take care of it.
