Perhaps because the ingredients are good, it didn't sting my eyes, and I liked that it was fragrance-free. The lather is rich and creamy, the pump dispenses well, and it's great for daily use. The only downside is that the cleansing power isn't very strong. So, I actually wash my hair twice. Also, since it's a 2-in-1 product, the 500ml volume was a bit disappointing.
