My pouch failed the requirements lol

Haha, this is an eyebrow trimmer that's been advertised a lot lately, and I bought it on AliExpress because of the good reviews. Hmm... First off, I received it with a broken button, so to use it, I have to push it against the edge of a desk or dining table. I managed to get it working with difficulty, but it kept pinching my eyebrow hairs, so I went "Ouch! Ouch!" a few times before giving up on trimming. I don't know if other expensive similar products are any better, but this one I bought on AliExpress is going into the recycling bin today. Can I list this as a product I don't recommend? Haha, well, if I don't get the points, oh well~ Haha.
