I've been using this consistently for several years now and have already finished several bottles!

I applied it while showering and massaged it in.

It's convenient to just rinse it once at the final step of your shower, such as after washing your hair!

My skin has become soft and it exfoliates well, so I make sure to use it once every week or two!

However, the cream form is inconvenient to use, so I wish it came out in a squeeze-out form.
