I choose my mask based on my skin condition; I usually use a soothing pack when breakouts are coming on, and this one, which is effective for brightening and wrinkle reduction, when my skin is in its best condition. If you put it in the refrigerator 30 minutes before applying, it feels so refreshing during the hot summer, which is wonderful.
