Please recommend a sheet mask to get rid of nose acne.
I've been getting acne on the side of my nose for a while now. It gets bigger, but if I pop it, it subsides, a scab forms, and falls off. Just when I think it's okay, it comes back. When it's severe, I even get a spot on the bridge of my nose.
There is a limit to how much I can cover it up with makeup, and sometimes the acne gets bigger, so I squeeze it out, but it gets worse, which often puts me in an awkward situation when I go out.

That's why I'm posting this—I'd like recommendations for sheet masks that are effective for this type of acne. Why am I getting acne during menopause when I didn't even get it during puberty? It's annoying to see, so I can't just give up on it.
If I were busy, I could at least forget about it, but since I'm not busy at all, I think that makes it even more difficult.
