I have tried various shampoos, but my scalp is sensitive.

There were times when it itched no matter how thoroughly I rinsed it.

I haven't had that problem even once since switching to this shampoo. Just in case, I switched to a different shampoo for a while, but the issue recurred, so I regretted it and immediately went back to this one. I have been using only this shampoo for a while now and I am very satisfied.
