I recommend a scalp care shampoo.

I often get itchy hair even though I wash it frequently, so I was searching for shampoo and happened to find a product that was on sale at a low price.

The name is Head & Shoulders Scalp Total Solution Shampoo, which is really difficult to pronounce... It seems to be good for the scalp, just as the name suggests.

I prefer shampoos with lots of lather because it gives me the feeling that I’ve really washed my hair, and this one is great because the lather is rich.

It is said to relieve dandruff and soothe itchy scalps thanks to the eucalyptus leaf extract, and after using it, it does seem to be effective. I like that it has a really refreshing minty scent, perhaps because of the extract!!

However, my hair gets stiff when I wash it and rinse it with water, so it's hard to rinse properly; I definitely have to use it with conditioner.
