Rinse and treatment

Do you use both conditioner and treatment after shampooing every time you wash your hair?

I use conditioner every day, but I'm not sure if my hair is getting better.

I want to use the treatment too, but it's a hassle lol

Is it okay to use only the treatment without conditioner?
