I tried changing my shampooing method.
While looking for a solution for an itchy scalp
I watched a video suggesting I change my shampooing method.
It has improved somewhat, so I wanted to introduce it.

It's a unique shampooing method, so it might be a good idea to give it a try.
Thoroughly wet the scalp first with water that is slightly warmer than lukewarm (this temperature is necessary to open the scalp pores without damaging the hair☺).
After lathering up a shampoo (preferably with gentle ingredients), massage evenly from the scalp upwards using your fingertips for about 3 to 5 minutes to allow time for the impurities on the scalp to loosen.
Leave it for at least 5 to 10 minutes. They say it's better with a hair cap. Just so you know, I didn't use one.
For the 5 minutes (free time), I further raised the heat in my scalp by power-brushing my teeth or cleaning the bathroom, and Then, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Rinsing thoroughly was important, especially the scalp!
You will feel your scalp feel more refreshed than usual.
It seems like a similar method to usual, but there is a subtle difference
I made some changes, and while it looked easy, it required a lot of patience.
Then, press firmly with a towel (do not rub).
Remove excess water, then proceed as usual with treatment followed by rinse. Just be careful with your scalp.
