Dry and frizzy hair during the rainy season

I use the swimming pool every day, and out of courtesy, I always shower when entering and exiting. Also, my hair tends to be in poor condition due to the chlorine water characteristic of pools. It’s even worse right now because of the high humidity of the rainy season. If I accidentally forget to bring hair treatment or use a different hairdryer, my hair definitely gets frizzy.
