Wash your hair often during the rainy season.

My head gets really hot, so I wash it often—up to three or four times a day, *sob*. The rainy season is so tough. That's why I'm using the mildest shampoo possible to minimize irritation to my scalp. I think this one is good because it's affordable, gentle, and smells nice. I really hope the weather clears up soon so my hair isn't so humid. The rainy season is so hard. I need to replenish some nutrients in my hair, too.
