What are some regular shampoos that prevent hair loss?

I've reached the age where I need to take care of my hair.

So I use shampoo, but medicated shampoo actually causes more problems.

So I was wondering if there are any regular shampoos that are less harmful to the hair.

I would appreciate it if someone who knows could let me know.
