When I wash my hair, I don't apply shampoo directly; instead, I rub my palms together on my scalp to create some lather. After thoroughly lathering my hair, I use the foam to massage my scalp. You must not use your fingernails; they will cause cuts. Use your fingertips to gently rub the surface!
Then, do not rinse immediately; leave it on during your second facial cleanse (the first cleanse is done before washing your hair). Once the cleansing is finished, rinse. At this time, also rinse your scalp thoroughly, massaging it with your fingertips.
Then, it controls scalp oiliness and can relieve scalp-related discomfort such as itching and dandruff.

저도 같은 방법으로 하긴 했는데 샴푸는 바로 헹구고 린스를 두피에 닿지 않게 하고 방치했다가 헹궈주고 있었어요. 샴푸도 방치하고 헹궈줘야 하는 거군요.
