Do you use a shampoo brush when washing your hair?

I use a shampoo brush when I wash my hair lol. Before, when I didn't use one, I just washed my hair roughly, so I didn't really have any issues. But someone bought one for me, and when I tried it, it lathered really well and felt like a scalp massage—it was so refreshing! So now, it’s a disaster if I don't have one haha.
