I was stressed out about hair loss and trying out various products when I heard that Dr. Groot shampoo is specifically for hair loss, so I tried it. I am currently trying out products one by one that are famous for hair loss shampoos, such as Ryeo, Daenggi Meori, and Amos.
The price is on the expensive side compared to the quantity, but it is very popular at shopping malls, so I bought it out of curiosity.
I'm using it thinking it might help with hair loss, and here are my thoughts after using it for a few months.
I'm not sure.
I don't really feel like I'm seeing any noticeable effects, and I don't really feel like my hair is falling out less.
It lathers richly, and although my hair is thin and damaged and tends to tangle easily, the tangling has decreased since using this product. This may also be partly due to using other hair products like treatments, but because the tangling has decreased and the cleansing power is good, my hair feels refreshed after shampooing.
I like that part. However, since the main reason I bought the Dr. Groot product was for its hair loss prevention or symptom relief function, I feel like it isn't as satisfying as I expected.
It has strong cleansing power, lathers well, makes hair voluminous, and improves hair tangling, but the effect in alleviating hair loss symptoms or functionality was minimal compared to expectations.
Of course, this is a subjective opinion, and since everyone has different hair and scalp types, I think it might work for some people and not for others like me.
I recommend this to those who prioritize cleansing power and lathering ability.
Those who prioritize or value the alleviation of hair loss symptoms may be disappointed compared to their expectations.
I'm wondering if I should switch to something else.
