😱🩸 I see blood scabs on my scalp. Please recommend some good products for scalp care.

I can see blood scabs on my scalp, and after looking it up, it seems there are various causes. For those of you who see blood scabs on your scalp like me, how do you manage them?

Do you use separate scalp care products?

💇‍♀️ I asked the hairdresser while getting my hair dyed last week, and she said that if it gets too severe, I can go to a dermatologist and get a prescription. Fortunately, she said it isn't at a severe stage, but I'm worried because scabs appear on my scalp occasionally.

Or they told me to use it as a scalp care product!

Also, I have dead skin cells and dandruff on my scalp, so I think I need to switch to a shampoo that is good for the scalp. The shampoo I have used so far is Head & Shoulders. I would appreciate it if you could share any good scalp care products you know of. 🙏
