Please recommend a conditioner that works well for damaged hair.

I usually buy and use large-sized, affordable hair treatments from supermarkets or Coupang, but perhaps because my hair is quite damaged, it gets tangled and is difficult to comb after using them. If you have found any treatments effective for damaged hair, please recommend one.
