Do you use a body exfoliator?

I used to use a product that came in a body exfoliator container.

I remember having a really hard time because there were too many granules, making it irritating and difficult to wash off.

Do you all exfoliate your bodies too? Or do you just scrub off the dead skin?

I know I need to apply body lotion properly, but

I'm curious if everyone exfoliates their bodies as well.
