Please recommend a good product for removing dead skin cells from the body!

I have a coconut at home that I bought because I heard it's good for body exfoliation.

I have a product, but it doesn't really work and the dead skin cells...

It didn't get removed. It is effective for exfoliation.

I would like to know about a gentle body exfoliating product.
