Actually, scrubbing your skin feels refreshing, but did you know it's bad for your skin?

So these days, if possible, I don't scrub and use this instead.

It's a product from The Face Shop, a spray body exfoliator.

They say if you spray this and rub lightly, the dirt comes off.

Actually, I don't think falling behind is entirely due to time... haha

It feels similar to that facial peeling gel!

Still, when I use this, my skin feels smooth and soft as if dead skin cells have been exfoliated.
