Is Cleocin effective for blackheads?

I've been really worried about blackheads on my nose lately, so I've been frequently watching YouTube videos by dermatologists.

When a viewer mentioned being worried about their teenage son having a lot of blackheads on his nose, a famous dermatologist...

I heard that you just need to apply the Cleocin T solution sold at pharmacies.

I know that Cleocin T is effective for acne, but would it be effective if I just applied it to blackheads on my nose?

I'm worried it might be irritating. Has anyone seen results using Cleocin T for blackheads?
