Are there any good gua sha creams?

I'm thinking of trying Gua Sha, and I heard you use Gua Sha cream or massage cream.

Maybe it's because it's heavy, but when I tried using it, the user experience wasn't good.

I suppose the heavier feel would reduce friction heat and things like that, but

Actually, I feel like this might cause skin problems.

I've tried the Charmzone one; people say the cream is good, but I'm not sure if it really is.

What cream do you all use for gua sha massage?
