Have you ever used a body brush?

I recently received a Nonfiction body wash as a gift, and a body brush came with it.

Perhaps because it has a long handleless shape

It is also very inconvenient to use.

Above all, it stung... It felt really irritating, so I'm curious how everyone else uses this.

I think I vaguely heard that it is used on the back before.

The one I have doesn't have a handle, so it's inconvenient to use.
