My lip dryness is really bad ㅠㅠ What should I apply?

My lips usually have very severe dry skin, and even if I apply lip balm or Vaseline generously, they only feel moisturized for a short while.

The ringworm itself isn't going away.

I'm really struggling to decide what to apply.
